It is a fat torching, muscle sculpting, core-centric interval workout guaranteed to whip you into shape. Piloxing is the brainchild of Swedish dancer and celebrity trainer, Viveca Jensen.
Join us for an exciting Pilates Mat class where we focus on Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced levels of Pilates. Our classes include magic circles, small stability balls, foam rollers, weights, and therabands. Different props provide variety and interest, assist to increase the intensity of your workout, or modify a challenging technique.
